With Independence Day approaching, Ann Arbor is displaying its patriotic spirit! An abundance of activities can be found for those who know where to look! If parades suit your tastes, have no fear! The “Ann Arbor Fourth of July Parade” is coming on July 4th at 10 a.m. Themed as “We the People”, it will begin on the corner of South State and East William Street. The Ann Arbor Civic Band will play for the “Summer Concert Season” in West Park Band Shell. That begins at 8 p.m. Or maybe you want to see some fireworks? Hudson Mills Metropark is having their yearly fireworks display and DJ’d dance party on July 3rd between 7pm and 11pm. The event staff will charge $10 per vehicle. Manchester’s own display will be at dusk on July 3rd in Carr Park.
